Our Expediting & Inspection services include:
- Desk Expediting: activity carried out at the Client's premises, consists of monitoring the issue of the required documents, subordinates, the progress of work and the delivery of materials on site.
- Field Expediter: the field expediter ensures that the processes of engineering, procurement, production and supply of supplies are in line with the contractual terms. The activities are carried out at the suppliers' site.
We monitor production times, compliance of materials with specific standards, codes or documents, at the supplier. We offer comprehensive inspection services, including pre-inspection meetings, interim inspection, final inspection and supplier data book review.
Each visit generates a detailed and precise report, which illustrates the actions carried out during the inspection. The report is accompanied by photographic documentation, which certifies the checks and controls performed, and by the reporting of any critical issues regarding the quality and delivery times of the supply. Timely delivery of reports is a crucial element in the expediting process.
